Apartment "Florian"
Our "Florian" apartment is located on the top floor. The entire living and sleeping area has linoleum covered floors and therefore is especially suited for people with allergies.
Equipment
Living and dining area
The spacious, well-lit living area is equipped with a confortable Sofa. The 6 square meter balcony can be accessed from the living area. The flat also has a 81 cm flat screen satellite TV and a Radio with an integrated CD player The gallery, furnished with a small couch and a reading desk can also be reached from the living area via a separate staircase. A barrier secures the stairway.
Sleeping area
The apartment’s large 15 square meter bedroom has a double bed with an adjustable slatted frame and a spacious wardrobe. If desired an additional crib can be added. In the small bedroom there are two separate beds as well as a wardrobe.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic glass cooktop, a fridge (with a built in freezer compartment), an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and tableware for 8 people.
Bathroom
The tiled bathroom has been fully renovated in 2012, equipped with a shower, toilet, towel radiator and a basin.
